At Checklist Central, we offer both digital checklist downloads and physical sports card products. Whether you're organizing your collection or building your PC, we pack every order with care — and sometimes a surprise.

Digital Checklists

Instant delivery — no shipping required.

• Your checklist files will be available immediately after checkout and emailed to you as well

• Can’t find your download link? Just contact us and we’ll get you taken care of

Physical Cards & Collectibles

We ship all physical items within 1–2 business days. Once fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when applicable).

Standard Shipping (Recommended for Singles & Small Orders)

• $4.75 via USPS First Class Bubble Mailer (up to 4 oz)

• Includes penny sleeves, top loaders, team bags, and secure outer packaging

• This is our preferred method for safety and trackability

• Optional: Plain White Envelope (PWE) shipping is available for eligible singles at $0.75, but does not include tracking — it's your call at checkout

Bulk Orders, Team Sets & Sealed Product

• Orders containing large quantities, team sets, or sealed boxes may require USPS Priority or UPS Ground

• We always choose the most secure and cost-effective method

• Message us in advance if you'd like a custom shipping quote for a large purchase

• Sealed product is coming soon! We're building our inventory to include blasters, hobby boxes, and retail packs from top manufacturers — stay tuned for drops and preorders

Combined Shipping

Yes, we combine shipping on multi-card purchases whenever possible!

• Add items to your cart and checkout together

• If you place separate orders, message us before fulfillment and we’ll do our best to consolidate and refund any overages

• Bulk buyers: reach out for custom shipping discounts

Returns & Refunds

We want every CC experience to exceed expectations. While most card sales are final due to the nature of the hobby, we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

Return Eligibility

• All sales are final, unless:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrives damaged due to a packaging issue on our end

  • The item was materially different from the listing description

• If you believe there’s an issue, contact us within 3 business days of delivery

How to Report an Issue

Please include:

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage

We’ll review and respond with next steps, which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.

Exclusions

• Unauthorized returns will not be refunded

• All sales of sealed product, graded cards, and clearly described singles are considered final

• Digital products (like checklists) are non-refundable due to instant access

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Banks may take longer to reflect the credit.
